AUDIT COMITTEE
Mr. Isaac Sutton is a member of Brasilagro’s Board of Directors, Audit Committee, and Risk Committee. He has extensive experience in management and finance, mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, and strategic consulting for shareholders and boards of directors. He is the founder and current CEO of BH26 Gestão e Finanças. Additionally, he is also a member of the Board of Directors of Eco Brasil Florestas. He graduated in Economics from the University of São Paulo (USP).
Mr. Efraim Horn is a member of Brasilagro’s Board of Directors and Audit Committee. He has extensive experience in urban development, land, and finance. Currently, he serves as co-president of Cyrela and is the executive responsible for the company’s product and brand vision. He holds a degree in Administration and Theology from the Talmudic University of Florida (TUF) and an MBA from the Armando Alvares Penteado Foundation (FAAP).
Mr. Ferrari he holds a degree in Law from the Law School of the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo, with a specialization in Business Law from the Law School of the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo. He is a partner at Suchodolski Lawyers, where he works in the areas of Commercial Law, International Law, Foreign Investment, Contracts and Mergers and Acquisitions. In the corporate area, he works in processes of acquisition of control of companies or assets, due diligence, shareholders‘ agreements, joint ventures and corporate restructuring. He worked at Bryan Cave LLP in New York. He is a member of the International Bar Association. He has no criminal or administrative convictions or ongoing criminal or administrative proceedings that would prevent him from holding management positions.

Mr. Elsztain is the Vice-Chairman of Brasilagro’s Board of Directors and also a member of the Executive Committee, Compensation Committee and Risk Committee. He has an extensive experience in management positions in agricultural and real estate companies in Argentina. He is currently the CEO of Cresud S.A.C.I.F.y A. and Second Vice President of IRSA Inversiones y Representaciones Sociedad Anónima, as well as holding other management positions in real estate and agricultural companies in Argentina. He has a degree in Agricultural Engineering from the University of Buenos Aires and an Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School.
Mr. Zang is a member of Brasilagro’s Board of Directors, Executive Committee and Compensation Committee. He has an extensive experience in the market, he is a founding partner of the law firm Zang, Bergel & Viñes Abogados. He is also the CEO of Porto Retiro S.A. and Vice-Chairman of IRSA Inversiones y Representaciones Sociedad Anónima, Cresud S.A.C.I.F.y A., Consultores Assets Management S.A. and other companies such as Fibesa S.A. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of companies such as Banco Hipotecario S.A., BACS Banco de Crédito & Securitización S.A., Nuevas Fronteras S.A., Palermo Invest S.A., among others. He has a Law degree from the University of Buenos Aires. He is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA) and the Inter-American Federation of Lawyers (IFL).
Mrs. Albuquerque is a member of Brasilagro’s Board of Directors and Compensation Committee. She has extensive experience in corporate law, capital markets, and corporate governance. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of Grupo Mateus, Wiz Soluções e Corretagem de Seguros, and Klabin. Additionally, she is a Committee Member for People at Wiz Soluções e Corretagem de Seguros and a member of the Advisory Board of Artha Educação and Trikoma Ltda. She is also a member of the Executive Committee of the Brazilian Stewardship Code and a member of the Working Group of AMEC. She holds a degree in Economics from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-RJ) and is a Certified Board Member by IBGC.

Mrs. Lustosa de Andrade is a member of Brasilagro’s Board of Directors and Risk Committee. She has extensive experience in economics, finance, mediation, and arbitration, as well as corporate governance. Currently, she is a member of the Boards of Directors of CCR, Bunge, Aegea, and Bluebell, as well as a member of the Arbitration Chambers of B3 – Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão, the Brazilian Center for Mediation and Arbitration – CBMA, and the Brazilian Chamber of Resolution and Conflict Resolution in Energy and Mining. Additionally, she is a board member of the Institute of Labor and Society Studies – IETS, a nonprofit institution. She graduated in Economics from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-RJ), with a master’s degree in Economics also from PUC-RJ and a Ph.D. in Finance from the Department of Industrial Engineering at PUC-RJ. She is a certified Board Member by IBGC and by the ESG Competent Boards.
Sr. Rafael is a portfolio manager registered at CVM (Brazilian Securities Commission). He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) and an MBA in Real Estate Management from Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV). He has developed his career in financial markets and alternative investments, especially in real estate, private equity and distressed assets. With 13 years of experience in the financial market, working in the real estate and energy sectors. In 2010 he joined Polo Capital, working in the real estate segment, where he participated in the structuring of several equity investment funds, more than R$ 1 billion in real estate projects, in the main regions of the country. He joined the Genial Bank in 2016 and participates in the management of investment vehicles, including Malls Brazil Plural FII, SP Downtown FII and FIP ABL.

Mr. Elsztain has been engaged in the real estate business for more than twenty years. He founded Consultores Assets Management S.A. (formerly known as Dolphin Fund Management). He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Cresud IRSA – Inversiones y Representaciones Sociedad Anónima and Irsa Popriedades Comerciales S.A., among other positions. IRSA – Inversiones y Representaciones Sociedad Anónima and Irsa Popriedades Comerciales S.A. are considered two of the largest real estate companies of Argentina, acknowledged by its commercial shopping centers, residential and hospitality enterprises. He is also president of Banco Hipotecario S.A. and of IDB Development Corporation Ltd., He studied Economic Sciences at Universidad de Buenos Aires and he is Alejandro Gustavo Elsztain’s brother.
Mr. Zang was the founder of the law firm Zang, Bergel e Viñes. He is a member of the International Bar Association and the Interamerican Federation of Lawyers (Federación Interamericana de Abogados). He currently is first vice-chairman of IRSA- Inversiones y Representaciones Sociedad Anónima and of Irsa Popriedades Comerciales S.A.. He is chairman of Puerto Retiro S.A.; vice-chairman of Fibesa S.A.; executive officer of Banco Hipotecário S.A., Nuevas Fronteras S.A., and of IDB Development Corporation Ltd., among others. Mr. Zang received a degree in law from Universidad de Buenos Aires.
